New upstairs plan

I was home sick from work for two days this week, and I took the time to figure out a way to fit all four kids bedrooms, a guest suite, a laundry room, a nursery/exercise room and a master suite all on the top level. I made it all fit, but the master suite and laundry room area is kind of weird.

We like the elevator on the front

After trying all the stair and elevator combinations we can think of, we can't find any configuration we like better than having it on the front in the entry way.

Met with Josh to review plans

After the Hannah Montana movie, we went to Josh's house to review the first edition of our plans. He recommends putting the elevator in the middle of the house, but there are several other things we want in the middle too. It will be difficult to fit all the bedrooms and bathrooms plus the guest suite upstairs in the space we have.

Met with Josh to start plans

Josh came for dinner tonight, and we showed him what we have for plans so far

Signed Lot Purchase Agreement

Met with Patrick and Spencer Moffat at Boyer today and signed a purchase agreement for our lot. Our new address will be 2036 West Millsboro Court, Farmington, UT 84025. We have until 1/10/08 for due diligence, then the deposit becomes non-refundable. We have to close by 5/1/08.

Will have to get permission from Central Davis Sewer District to build a fence in the easement on the East side of the lot.
